Boston Felines & Fidos provides excellent service; I highly recommend them to care for your pet(s). They are reliable,
very easy to work with, and take great care of my girls. Greta is blind in one eye and can be difficult around other dogs,
especially large ones, and Susan, Bill, and the staff have always taken great care with her.
I was very impressed with the interview they
require prior to taking the job. They spent about ½ hour with me and my pups asking questions, playing with the girls
assessing them as to their temperament and personalities.
They have helped me out in a pinch on a few occasions; just another example of
their reliable service oriented approach.

I have been using Boston Felines and Fidos over two years. They are very responsible. I have two Boston Terriers
and I foster too. So I always have different fosters coming and going from my house. Every dog is different. Some have health
or behavior issues. Susan and Bill somehow work their magic and take cares of them. She spends the time if need to make
them comfortable. Sometimes I get foster dogs on very short notice and Susan will adjust their schedule to fit in the new
dog. I had a dog walker for a year before Susan started walking my dogs. One of my dogs would not go out with the previous
dog walker. She couldn't take her out. At first I was worried but from the first day both of my dogs went out with Susan
and never had any issues. My other dog has an eye problem and needed drops middle of the day and Susan took care of that too.
Susan and Bill have a true love for animals and they know how to handle different temperaments in dogs/cats. When they have
new person, Susan or Bill will come with the new person as long as needed to make the dogs feel comfortable.
I never have to worry about my two dogs or my fosters when I leave in the morning. I know they are in good hands. I trust
them completely with my dogs. Because of Boston Felines and Fidos I can foster which I love to do. They make it easier for
me. Even though I wanted to foster before, but I couldn't with the previous dog walker.
I
have no negative things to say regarding Boston Felines and Fidos. We even worry about moving to different location. There
are a lot of dog walkers, but it is very hard to find a good trust worthy dog walker.

We have been using Boston Felines & Fidos for over a year now. Susan and Bill have always been great and have worked
hard to accommodate our ever changing schedule. Crystal seems to enjoy her daily walks and her dog walkers. Its
a real comfort to know that your dog is being cared for when we can't be there. Boston Felines & Fidos has always
helped us to feel that way. 
Boston Felines and Fidos (Susan & Bill) are absolutely terrific! We have been using them for a year now and after
judging them against all the previous sitters we've used as well as the ones we've interviewed, well, let's just
say, there is no comparison. They are reliable, responsible and most importantly to us, they love cats. So many
animal services are about dog walking that we've never really felt secure that our sitters cared enough about cats in
general and ours in particular. But after meeting Susan and Bill, we felt so confident that when we have to leave our
children, we never worry. Now, when we have to leave them, we simply miss them. Susan and Bill are the best.
